This time. For realsies.

Let's get one thing straight. I am not good with blogs that have a limited scope. Believe me, I've tried. I tried to blog on Chinese myth and folklore (despite not being Chinese), I tried twice blogging reviews on various media. There is only one type of blog that really works for me; the type without any overarching theme.

I guess I should introduce myself now. My name is Jessica Carnes. I am thirty years old, a white woman with autism, a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and a big nerd. I also have plans to become an author of novels and such. So I guess if this blog did have an overarching theme, it would be "writer perfecting craft and the various other things that she thinks the internet would find interesting."

Maybe this time, I can keep this blog going for a good long while.
